Profile we are looking for
- Experience in group facilitation (team buildings, urban games, events, etc.)
- Comfortable working with adult and corporate audiences
- Ability to manage a group, create strong dynamics, and maintain energy levels
- Creative, adaptable, and an excellent public speaker
- A good sense of humor and a taste for interaction
- Freelance status (possible via Smartbe, Amploo, etc.)
A background in history, art, or heritage is a strong asset. Proven facilitation and group management skills are essential.
Preferred languages
- Multilingual (French, Dutch, English)
