Close to the Atomium is the Design Museum Brussels, dedicated to art and design from the 20th century to the present day. The foundation of the collection is Philippe Decelle's Plasticarium. This unique collection, assembled since the 1980s, comprises hundreds of plastic objects. It ranges from the most everyday objects to works of art, including design pieces. From chairs to desks, alarm clocks to lamps... it almost makes you forget that not so long ago, plastic was everywhere!

This exhibition tour is adapted for visually impaired persons and includes a variety of tactile aids, such as sketches of furniture with 3D-paint, chair models, etc.

The tour will be accompanied by a guide trained by our specialist partner Eqla Asbl.

The museum is open every day from 11am to 7pm (ticket office closes and last admission to the museum is at 6.30pm).

The price of the visit does not include the entrance ticket, which must be paid for on site.

This tour is only available for groups with reduced mobility or the visually impaired persons. For all other group requests, please contact Korei Guided Tours.
