The Van Eetvelde Hotel was built in 1895 by Victor Horta for Edmond Van Eetvelde, Secretary General for the Congo, who wanted to show his social success with a house that could accommodate receptions. Showcasing the distinctive features of the Horta style, the house has a superb rotunda glass roof and many original elements. It was classified as a Unesco World Heritage Site in 2000.

This interior tour is adapted for the visually impaired and incorporates tactile aids, such as exceptional touching of original details and relief images.

The tour will be accompanied by a guide trained by our specialist partner Eqla Asbl.

Guided tours are available on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays between 10am and 6pm.
